The Fiberglass Carbon Anilox Sleeve is a lightweight metering sleeve engineered for wide format flexographic printing, coating, and laminating machines. Unlike solid steel anilox rolls, this sleeve is constructed from a composite of fiberglass, aluminum, and carbon materials, which dramatically reduces weight while maintaining the rigidity needed for precise ink metering. The reduced weight makes handling, installation, and removal significantly easier for press operators, especially on wide machines where conventional rollers are heavy and difficult to manage.

The sleeve surface is finished with a laser engraved ceramic layer that provides a uniform cell structure for consistent ink transfer. Because the base is a lightweight composite, the sleeve can be manufactured in extended lengths up to 4800 mm, or 5250 mm including the axis, making it ideal for large coating and laminating applications.
